Presenting this polished & mounted CFM56-3 Stage 2 vane from Boeing 737
CFM56-3 Stage 2 High Pressure Compressor (HPC) vane that has been mirror polished on both the front and the back. Custom 3d printed marble effect base maintains the items stability.
The first derivative of the CFM56 series is the CFM56-3 which was designed for the Boeing 737 Classic series -300/-400/-500. Thrust ranges from 18,500 lbf to 23,500 lbf.
These vanes have been in been used and even though they have been polished there may still be signs of wear.
